~~ BioDiesel Process ~~

We are executing a process as simple as cooking & serving. Restaurant Service in your fuel tank!
- Pre-Filter the Waste Vegetable Oil to remove all particulates.
- Titrate the Vegetable Oil to determine the amount of Lye to
add to Methanol.
- Remove the water from the Waste Vegetable Oil.
- Mix the Methanol and Lye to create Methoxide.
- Preheat the Waste Vegetable Oil to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add the Methoxide to the Vegetable Oil and Agitate. Increase
Temperature for 50 minutes. Let Cool.
- Drain off the bi-product, Glycerin!!! Do I smell Soap?
- Pump out your BioDiesel. Clean/filter the BioDiesel to take
out any extra stuff.
- Pump it into your fuel tank!
